Last year I went and saw a movie every week throughout the month of August. This year, not waiting until then..

So yeah. We had a “party” today at the company, to highlight the completion of a major acquisition that is supposed to be a very big deal to us all.
… The company’s idea of thanking us was to give us “treats” in a mini party.
…… Okay, I know that they were trying to do something, but given the huge endeavor that this was, and the company wide nature of it, yuathink they could have sprung for something more than peanuts?

Apparently the fact that these are original japanese Kingdom Hearts Foundation Arts Vol 1 series figures makes them worth some real money…
Anyone know how high a demand for these there is? When I saw them come out in blister packs I figured the value had decreased dramatically.
Of course, I actually really LIKE these figures, the detail is great..

So Ollie found himself in a staring contest with a Butterfly.
.. one that landed on his flash.
And decided he liked it there. 
So, in doing some reading, I found some photos shot with what is called a “Beauty Dish” – yet another method of bouncing flash.
