Mind you, I’m just a WEE bit nervous of heights. This fear mostly goes away if I’m focused on taking photos. This made it difficult when my batteries ran out while walking off the bridge. (oy!)

On a different note, added a bunch of photos and new messages from the bridge to New York Narrative. This one I loved the most.
Okay, here comes another one of my somewhat rare crossposts. This video was done by an extremely talented friend of mine down in Atlanta. Most of you know her as idleambition. Some of you may know of her because of her costumes. However, she’s first and foremost a talented artist.
She posted this video recently. I love this video. The highest compliment I think that can be applied to music videos is if the music video actually prompts you to go out and get the music. That’s what I’m doing now.
Shot this today on the train. Was trying to skip the sunlight off my eyeballs. Its really difficult to get a good self portrait on a moving train shooting at 80 ISO while trying to nail the sunlight between passing buildings.. Augh!
I walked up to the leaves of the tree this afternoon and just shot the sunlight shining through. I thought this image was lost until I realized I’d managed to focus on the very tip of the leaf. Its turned out to be one of the more pleasant bokeh focused images from my G9.
I may go see Iron Man tonight just to unwind. Or I might go home and lift weights till my arms fall out of their sockets. I need to work out some fustrations, that’s for sure.
Has been listening to tracks that I ripped after raiding my CD collection yesterday.
Aladdin prompted much discussion about various Disney musicals and the general horror show they’ve been other than the glory arc that started with Little Mermaid and ending with Lion King…
Which led to me hunting down the CD’s for Robin Hood, Medicine Man, Glory….
Which led to all of the broadway musicals of course…
And all this Musical talk must have triggered my Tivo’s hind-brain, because it started recording of all things.. GREASE.
… So right now I’m bopping along with “You’re the one that I want”
A little down today – alot on the mind and still stressing out. The obscene amount of sleep this weekend took the edge off the stress, but the aftermath leaves me in a slight depressive state.
Was going to make some sort of super-emo post here, really “woe is me-tastic” — but fuck that.
Have my Project 365.148 entry instead. If only it was this easy to wipe away our mental worries.
